As a Support Analyst, Michal takes care of customer support within Aimtec Support, where he also proposes innovations and optimisation of internal processes. He collaborates with colleagues from the sales department when launching new services. He discovered the world of technology thanks to drones, which are his hobby to this day, in addition to music.
