The management team representing the Pepsi brand, made up of international representatives, sought a solution for the plant in Prague’s Vysočany district that would let the plant manage the product warehouse more efficiently, with the goal of introducing it at the other Czech plant as well, along with other plants in Slovakia, Poland and Hungary.
Aimtec won the tender with its Sappy WMS, which utilises proven process templates prepared in the standard SAP system, with no need to integrate external software. This solution was then progressively deployed at the other European plants as well, in cooperation with the customer’s internal team.
