ISO/IEC 20000-1 – Service Management Systems

ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 is a service management system (SMS) standard. It specifies the requirements for the service provider as they plan, establish, implement, operate, monitor, review, maintain and improve an SMS. Its requirements include the designing, transitioning, provision and improvement of services so as to fulfil agreed service requirements.
