You can entrust us with a completely turnkey project. As the general contractor, we will manage it from the initial analyses through verification and implementation to day-to-day operation and service. From the very start, analysts, software and technology specialists, as well as engineers with practical experience, will work together at one table. This enables us to align technical and operational requirements in a timely manner and minimise the risk of additional work, changes and delays in the subsequent phases of the project.

We analyse processes, data and constraints, compare technology options and develop a solution concept that is actually feasible from the technical, scheduling and financial perspectives. Verification and preparation for implementation

We develop a proposal with specific technologies and suppliers. We dynamically simulate deployment in your conditions, verify implementation and integration assumptions and rethink the architecture of IT systems. We prepare a transition plan between your current and future operations. The result is a feasible project definition that minimises ambiguity and change requirements in the next steps.
It is up to you whether you proceed directly to implementation and save time, or use our support for tendering and supplier selection instead.

Implementation, operational support and development

Thanks to being involved in the project from the earliest stages, we understand it in depth and can “read between the lines” of the documentation. This enables us to make the right decisions at the right time, prevent last-minute changes and coordinate teams and contractors. We take care of start-up, service, spare parts and further development based on the operation’s real needs.

The entire solution is managed by a system connected to your infrastructure with a two-way data flow. This creates a digital twin and gives you a live digital image of the solution reflecting real-time operation.
