Daiho Group is a Japanese company that has been specialised in plastic component production since 1937. You’ll find its products inside automobiles, home electronics and other everyday consumer items. Its Pilsen-based subsidiary Daiho Czech was founded in 2000.
At Daiho’s Czech branch, Aimtec deployed a SAP ERP system based on time-tested process templates prepared for the automotive-supplier environment. Thanks to this standardised system, Daiho then smoothly migrated in 2022 to the new SAP S/4HANA with support from Aimtec. Daiho uses Aimtec SCIx MES for production management, which is integrated directly into its SAP ERP system. This solution simplifies the recording of completed work for operators and gives production managers an up-to-date overview of production status. This allows them to respond more quickly to issues as they arise and manage production processes more efficiently.
Aimtec takes care of Daiho’s EDI communication with business partners as well. Both the SAP solution and EDI are provided in the form of a service (SaaS).
