Aimtec has a new partner for production and logistics digitalisation in the SAP environment: CCNovasoft
Standard maintenance for SAP ECC will cease at the end of 2027, and an SAP survey in the Czech Republic showed that 50% of companies keep their key systems outside the cloud. Aimtec and Consulting Company Novasoft have established a partnership in sales of the Aimtec SCIx solution. This is a configurable SAP extension that connects ERP as the core enterprise system with events on the shop floor, that is, in the warehouse, production and dispatch. This solution is available in both existing SAP ECC systems and SAP S/4HANA.

A mobile shop-floor solution at the German manufacturer SCHERDEL
SCHERDEL, a global automotive supplier headquartered in Marktredwitz, Germany, has begun deploying the SAP S/4HANA system including an EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) module at its 20+ plants worldwide. Unusually, it has chosen collaboration between two IT providers that are supplementing each other on the deployment projects. Thanks to its ready-made Aimtec SCIx mobile solution, the Pilsen-based supplier Aimtec can adapt the SAP S/4HANA system delivered by All for One Group to make users’ work on the shop floor easier, faster and friendlier. The deployment of this robust information system truly goes down to the tiniest details. A pilot project in Chemnitz, Germany successfully went into operation in April of this year.
